Grid Leader

If you’re an old-school gamer you will immediately identify the image above: it looks like the classic racing videogame Pole Position, released in the arcades by Namco in 1982 and subsequently ported to countless home computers and consoles.

And Grid Leader is, indeed, a Pole Position remake in everything but the name. This freeware racing game tries to bring back the original magic to our day and age and features some nice graphical touches to add to the fun gameplay.
