Siamese Enemies

Siamese Enemies is an original free game by Krimelo where the player controls Siamese brothers in a race to get to the hospital and separate the bodies. Collecting organs will give you a better chance in the operation, but your Siamese brother is able to steal the organs from you.

The organs will give you different special powers, and the brother who gets home first to his mother wins.
